cashew curry is very healthy food , everybody knows like that chashews is very health full ingredient for us .
It is full of vitamins , oxydent, and it can prevents also so many type of health decease.
So everybody should include it in daily diet, you know that we are use chashews in the sweet dishes but today we are cooking here chashews curry it is too much yummy health full dish, everybidy really love it
For persons 2-4
Cook time 30-40 Minutes
Recepie type Indian veg curry
Ingredients
Cashews 200 Gms
Khaskhas Paste 2Spoon
Garlic paste 2 Spoon
onion paste 2 Spoon
Ginger paste 2 Spoon
Salt as desired
Chili as desired
Black peper 1/2 Spoon
cream 2-3 Spoon
Garam masala 1Spon
termeric 1/2 Spoon
Cashews paste 2 Spoon
Butter 2 -4 Spoon
Now warm butter in the non sticky fry pen, after that mix into garlic,ginger,onion paste.
Fry it till golden brown
Now mix khaskhas paste, cashews paste, coconut paste after that mix it properly and now mix garam masala , salt, black peper powder , now cook it 2-3 Minutes
After that mix cream and cook it
Now mix previously roasted cashews into the gravy
Now garnish it with butter and cream
Now काजू करी Cashew curry is ready for serve , you may serve it with nan, papad, kulche nan, roti or zeera fried rice.
