सामग्री


ब्रेड स्लाइस    1/8 shaped choped piece
बेसन              2 Cup
अदरक           1 Spoon paste
लहसन           1 Spoon paste
प्याज             1 Spoon paste
हरी मिर्च          Choped
नमक              As desired
लाल मिर्च         1/2 Spoon
गरम मसाला      1/2 Spoon
मेथी दाना         1/2 Spoon powder
हरा धनिया        1/4 Cup
काली मिर्च         1/2 powder cup


How to cook ब्रेड क्रंच
Bread crunch

 अब बेसन को एक बाउल मे डाल कर उसमे लहसन, अदरक, प्याज का पेस्ट, नमक मिर्च, गरम मसाला, हरा धनिय़ा , हरी मिर्च,  जीरा, मेथी पाउडर मिक्स कर लें
अब कढाई मे तेल गरम कर के पहले से काट कर रखे गऐ  पीसेज को डीप कर के Golden brown तल लें
