Tamoto Souce
Ingredients
Tamoto : 1 Kgs
Ajinomoto :1/2 Spoon
Citric acid 1/4
Sugar : 1 Kgs
How to cook Tamoto Souce
First wash fresh Tamoto properly
Now boil Tamotoes, after that filter the boiled Tamotoes and make pury
Now cook this pury on the gass on slow flame
Now mix the sugar , Ajinomoto, black peper powder in the purry
Now cook till then plate test after that
Mix citric acid and mix properly.
Now it is ready for plate test
If it pury liquid make drop that means Tamoto Souce is ready.
Now take it in cool place till then cool, after that fill in the glass jar
Serve it in breakfast ,lunch,dinner with bread and roti ,pratha, Omlete etc
