Sweet patato Recepie

Ingrediants
सामग्री

शकरकंद    :  250Gms
चिरौजी      : 20 Gms
खोया/ मावा:250 Gms
चीनी          : 250Gms
देसी घी      : 50Gms
किशमिश   :20Gms
दूध           :1/2 Cup
केसर        :As desired

How to cook
विधि:
शकरकंद को एक लीटर पानी मे उबाल कर पकाऐ।

गलने पर छील कर कद्दूकस करें।

पके दूध मे केसर को डाल कर रखें।

किशमिश को थोटे टुकड़े‎ मे काट कर रखें।

अब एक कढाई मे देसी घी को डाल कर गरम करें और इसम् पहले से कद्दूकस कर के रखी शकरकंद को डाल कर भूनें।

अब इसमें चिरौजी, किशमिश ,मावा,चीनी भी डाल कर भूनती रहें ।

सावधानी: आँच धीमी हो

जब चीनी घुल जाय तब दूध डाल दें।

मिश्रण के गाढा होने तक भूनते रहें।

इसके बाद एक थाल मे डाल कर फैलाऐ , ठन्डी होने पर छोचे टुकडो मे काट कर सर्व करें👌
