Ingrediants
pumpkin : 250 Gms
Methi : 5- 10
Sugar : 100 Gms
Salt : As desired
Red chili : 1/2 Table spoon
Red dried chili : 2
Oil : 5-6 Table spoon

How to cook Pumpkin Curry कद्दू, सीताफल Curry
First cut the pumpkin in small pieces
Now warm oil in the cooker
Now fry cloves, karry patta, red dried chili , methi till then golden browen
After that mix cuted pieces of pumpkin and mix sugar,salt,red chili ,garam masala with one cup water
Now cook 10 Minutes
Now cook it till then dry , you can garnish it cheswes , karbooja dried giri
Now pumpkin curry is ready for serve.
