पनीर  मसाला टिक्का

Cook for 2-3 Persons
Cook time 30-40Minutes

Ingredients

paneer - 500 Gms
Salt
Red chili
Garam masala
Besan
Curd
Anchoor
Black peper
Dhaniya paste

How to cook  Paneer Masala Tikka
पनीर  मसाला टिक्का

सबसे पहले पनीर को धो कर साफ करके Cube shape मे काट लें।

अब प्याज , अदरक, लहसुन का पेस्ट बना कर इसमे बेसन, दही, धनिए का पेस्ट , नमक,हल्दी,मिर्च,गरम मसाला, जीरा पाउडर ,आमचूर मिला कर पेस्ट बना कर अच्छी तरह से मिल कर रख लें।

अब कटे Paneer pieces को भीगो कर रख दें।

20 मिनट तक एसे ही भीगो कर रखा रहने दें।

अब एक Non sticky gril pen मे Gril करें।

मसाले मे Deeped paneer pieces को दोनो तरफ से Gril करें।

Now paneer Tikka पनीर टिक्का  is ready for serve ,garnish it with onion rings , green chili , serve it with spicy dhaniya chatni, souce,
