खोया मटर Curry
Ingredients
खोया ( मावा) : 250 Gms
मटर : 200 Gms
पनीर : 100 Gms crushed
टमाटर : 5-6
प्याज : 1
लहसुन : 1/2
नमक : As desired
काली मिर्च 5-6
गरम मसाला : 2 Spoon
खोया मटर Curry मसाला : 2 Spoon
मक्खन : 4-5 Spoon white Butter
काजू गार्निश के लिऐ : 5-10
How to cook खोया मटर Curry
Make paste onion , garlic , ginger .Black peper, badi ilaychi, cloves
Make paste of dry Khoya ( Mawa)
Crushed paneer
Choped tamoto
Roast cheshews
Now warm oil in the Non sticky kadhai.
After that fry previously made paste in the kadhai
Now cook till then browen , after then previously cuted tamoto
Now cook till then dry
After then mix khoya ( Mawa), now cook fry till then golden browen
Mix mashed paneer in the mixture
Mix 1/2 Cup water and cook , mix Green Matar
Cook 10-15 Minutes
Now खोया मटर Curry तैयार है , अब Roasted kaju , White Butter से Garnish करके सर्व करें।
