Creamy Egg curry

Ingredients
Eggs : 4
Amul cream : 100 Gms
Butter : 50 Gms
Onion, Ginger,garlic : Paste
Salt : As desired
Egg curry masala : 1 Spoon
Garam masala: 1 Spoon
Coriender leaves 🍃: Choped
How to cook Creamy Egg Curry
First boil the Eggs
Now warm 5-6 Spoon butter in non sticky fry pen .
Fry previously made garlic ,onion,ginger masala and mix also salt, red chili powder, garam masala, egg curry masala now fry all ingredients till then golden browen .
After that mix Amul cream in the all fried ingredients and mix gently.
Cook 2-3 Minutes
Now cut the eggs in the two pieces, mix in the previously made butter cream gravy and gently mix
Now Creamy Egg Curry is ready for serve.
