Ingredients :
Chicken 250 Gms
Capsicum : 1
Onion : 1
Souce : 3-4 Spoon
Ginger :1
Garlic : 1
Cloves : 4-5
Black peper : 4-5
White Butter
How to cook चिली चिकन
wash fresh bone less chicken and cut small pieces and half fry of chicken pieces
choped capsicum in small pieces
Chaped paneer in small pieces
Choped onion, ginger ,garlic green chili
Now warm oil in the Non sticky fry pen and fry previously choped vegatables , cloves ,black peper, badi ilaychi till then golden browen
After that mix turmerc - 1/2 Spoon, chili powder- 1/2 Spoon, garam masala - 1/2 Spoon , chili paneer masala 1/2 Soon ,
Now mix half boiled chicken pieces, chili pieces and Tamoto souce and fry till then dry
Now चिली चिकन is ready for serve garnishing with Butter.
Now serve it with curd ,pickle, zeera fried rice , roti ,nan or kulcha which you like.
