Cook for 2-3 Persons
Cook time 40-60 Minutes

Ingredients

Chicken brest 3
Salt
Red chili
Garam masala
Besan
Curd
Anchoor
Black peper
Dhaniya paste

How to cook  Chicken Tikka
चिकन टिक्का

सबसे पहले चिकन को धो कर साफ करके Cube shape मे काट लें।

अब प्याज , अदरक, लहसुन का पेस्ट बना कर इसमे बेसन, दही, धनिए का पेस्ट , नमक,हल्दी,मिर्च,गरम मसाला, जीरा पाउडर ,आमचूर मिला कर पेस्ट बना कर अच्छी तरह से मिल कर रख लें।

अब कटे Chicken pieces को भीगो कर रख दें।

40-45 मिनट तक एसे ही भीगो कर रखा रहने दें।

अब एक Non sticky gril pen मे Gril करें।

मसाले मे Deeped chicken pieces को दोनो तरफ से Gril करें।

Now Chicken Tikkaचिकन टिक्का is ready for serve ,garnish it with onion rings , green chili , serve it with spicy dhaniya chatni, souce,
