चिकन लैमन मसाला

For 2-4 Persons
Cook time  30-60 Minutes

Ingrediants

1Kgs Chicken
Lemon juice
Kastoori methi
Red chili
Degi mirch
Chicken masala
Souf powder
Besan

Garlic,ginger,onion,badi elaychi , long, kali mirch, south powder - Make paste in grinder

Salt
Garam masala
Turmeric
Coriender leaves

How to cook Chicken Lemon Massla
चिकन लैमन मसाला

सबसे पहले Chicken को साफ कर के एक Bowl मे रख लें।

 अब एक कुकर मे तेल गरम कर के पहले बना कर रखा पेस्ट , सारे सूखे मसाले, बेसन , डाल कर Golden browen होने तक भूनें।
 जब मसाला तेल से अलग हो जाए तो इस मे टमाटर डाल कर फिर से Dry होने तक भूनते रहें।

अब इस मे Chicken pieces डाल कर भूनते रहे। थोडी देर बाद Chicken का रंग भी मसाले के रंग जैसा हो जाएगा।
अब इसमे Lemon  🍋 juice मिला दें
