Ingredients

2 cup chicken crushed
Idli mashed liquid
1 Choped onion
Coriender leaves Choped


garlic , ginger paste
Black peper powder
Salt as desired

turmeric powder
Red chili

How to cook Chicken idli
चिकन इडली

अब सबसे पहले Non sticky fry pen मे Dry Chicken curry बना कर रख लें , इसमे  सिर्फ चिकन गलने लायक ही पानी डाले चिकन के गलने के बाद Extra पानी जला दें।

अब इडली के सांचे मे तेल लगा कर इडली का घोल डाले
अब इस घोल के उपर चिकन मसाला एक चम्मच डाल कर फिर से इसके उपर इडली का घोल डाल दें।

अब इडली के सांचे की सारी कटोरीयां इसी तरीके से भर लें।

अब प्रेशर कुकर मे 8-10 Glass पानी डाल कर प्रेशर कुकर बन्द कर दें ।

10-15 Minutes के बाद इस सांचे को कुकर से बाहर निकाल लें।
