वडा पाव (आलू गोंडा )
Wada pav is very popular recepie is in Mumbai, it is an street food there.
Everybody knew it vada pav, aloo gonda
For two persons
Cook time : 30-45 Minutes
Ingredients
Patoto : 5-6 Boiled
Onion : 2 Choped
Ginger : 1 Choped
Coriender leaves : 10 Gm choped
green matar : 10 -20 Dane
Green chili : 2
Besan 1/2 Kgs
Corn flour 100 Gm
Salt : As desired
Red chili : As desired
oil for fry
How to cook
First boil patatoes and mashef or choped
Now choped onion, garlic, ginger, green chili, coriender leaves
Now mix all vegatables with previously mashed patatoes
Now mix in the mixture salt, red chili,garam masala ,amchoor powder , matar in the bowl.
Now make liquid with besan and corn flour with one cup water
Now put the kadhai and warm oil for deep fry of vada pav
Now make balls of patato mixture
Deep this ball in the besan corn floue liquid
Now deep fri in the oil .Make the littke balls of all mixture and deep besan and fry till then golden browen
Now Vada Pav is ready for serve
Serve it with धनिया की चटनी , Tamoto chili souce ,tea, ☕ coffee
