Ground cinnamon-2Gm
Ground 1/2 -Cloves
Ground ginger-1Tb
Salt-1/2Tb
Seedless raisins-2Cup
Large eggs-4
All purpose-200Gm
Baking soda-1/2 Tb
Pure vanilla extract-2Tb
Candied and chopped mixed peel-200Gm

Instructions

Butter or spray with a nin sticky vegetabke spray a 9*5*3 Inchs pan preheat ur oven 359Df ,180Dc if using big or dark colour pan then oven tmp 325Df 160 Dc

Now cook with me step by step this yummy British Fruit Cake

👉over medium heat ,bring tia oan the sugar, water,butter,spices,and raisins .

👉Boil for five mins then seperate on heat,and let cool till lukewarm .
👉Now stir into this mixture the lightly beaten eggs,flour,backing soda ,vanilla extract and cindied fruits.
👉Now into your prepared pan and bake for 60 mins till a toith pick inserted
into the center of the cake  comes out clean .
👉Remove from oven and ler cool in a wire rack ,cover n store,
If possible , for a few days before serving ,u may frozen it👍
