Cherry -2 Tb dried,diced
Mango-2Tb dried,diced
Crabberies-4Tb dried
Currants-4Tb dried
Candied-2Tb citron
Dark Rum-4Tb
Butter-125G
Brown sugar-4Tb
Egg-1
Plain floor-8Tb
Bicarb soda1/8Tb
Salt-1/4 Tb
ground Cinnamon-1/4Tb
Golden strup or treacle-4 Tb
Milk- 2Tb
Pecans ,diced-4Tb
Dark rum divided-4 Tb
Prepration -30Min
Cook- 45 Min
Extra time- 1 Day soaking

Cook now with me step by step 😃
👉Soak the cherry,mango,cranberries,currants and candied citron in 4Tb rum for 24 Hrs
Cover tightly and store in room tmp.
👉Preheat oven to 170 Dc butter a20Cm round tin and line with baking paper.
👉In a large bowl cream butter and brown sugar untill fluffy.Beat in the egg.
👉In a seperate bowl whisk together flour, bicarb soda,salt and cinnamon then mix into the butter and sugar in three batches
Or u may use trecle and milk also
Stir in soacked and diced pescan .Tansfer batter to prepared tin.
👉Bake 40 To 45 Min.Cool in tin for 10 Min then sprinkle with 2 Tb rum.
👉now cut out the piece of baking paper and one piece muslin or cheessecloth, eatch large enoughto wrap around the cake .Moisten muslin on top of baking paper and turn the cake out on it.
👉Sprinkle top and sidesof cake with remaining rum .Wrap the muslin closely around the cake then wrao with baking paper ,place in airtight tin and age for at least 10 Weaks.
If storing longer douse with additional rum for every 10 Weaks of storage.
