PANEER - 2 CUP
MAIDA - 1 CUP
BEAKING SODA - 1/2 TB
AJINO MOTO -1 Tb
CABBAGE -1/2 KGS Crused Choped
SHIMLA MIRCH - 2 Crushed Choped
CARRATE - 2 or 3 Crushed Choped
SALT -AS REQUIRED
Now making mashed paneer with maida
Then mix all crushed choped vegetables, mix AJINO MOTO also and mashed properly.
After that making small bolls .
Now fry all bolls till golden browen.
Like that....
Now Vegetable munchurian is ready .
Now making Munchurian Gravy
Mix the corn flour powder , maida and AJINO MOTO in Tamoto pury and cook yit 5 to 10 Minutes on slow flame
After that all previously maked Munchurian balls deep in thr Gravy
Now is ready Vegetable Munchurian for serve with FRIED RICE...:))))))
