INGREDIENTS

PATATO- 1 KGS
CABAGE - 1 CHOPED
PALAK LEAVES - CHOPED
ONION- 5 CHOPED
GREEN DHANIYA LEAVES
GREEN CHILI- CHOPED
GINGER- CHOPED

MUSTERED OIL - 1 KGS
BESAN POWDER- 1 KGS
SALT - AS REQUIRED
CHILI POWDER  - 1TB
DHANIYA POWDER- 1 TB
GARAM MASALA- 1 TB
TURMERIC POWDER - 1/2 TB


NOW MIX ALL CHOPED VEGETABLE INGREDIENTS  IN THE BESAN WITH SOME WATER PROPERLY WITH ALL MASAL INGREDIENTS .

NOW PUT OIL IN THE KADAHI  AND TAKE IT ON THE GAS TILL HOT .

NOW MAKING LITTLE BOLLS AND DEEP FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
