NOW MAKING

PREVIOUSLY SOAKED DHOOLI MONG DAL CHOPED IN THE MIXTURE GRANDER

AFTER THEN DEEP FRY THE DAL MIXTURE TILL GOLDEN BROWEN

THEN MIX SUGAR SYRUP AND MORE PURE GHEE AND MIX IT PROPERLY

AFTER THAT MUX ALL PREVIOUSLY CHOPED DRY FRUITS AND 2 TB KESAR

NOW MOONG KI DAL KA HALWA IS READY

GARNISH IT WITH KAJU , BADAM , PISTA AND SERVE ....:))))))
