SUGAR- 2 TB
SALT- AS REQUIRED
HEEND PODWER- 1/2 TB
RED CHILI DRY 4 TO 5

DHANIYA GREEN LEAVES



NOW BOIL TO  ARHAR  IN PRESSURE COOKER  10- 15 MINUTES.

WITH IMLI POWDWE , SALT, SUGAR, HEENG POWDER

AFTER THEN PUT THE OIL IN THE KADAHI ON SLOW FLAME ON GAS

NOW MIX SOME ZEERA , RED DRY CHILI  AND CHOPED TAMATO IN THE OIL FRY TILL THEN PROPERLY MIX , ATHEN MIX PREVIOUSLY MAKED DAL IN THE KADAHI , BOIL 15 MINUTES


NOW GUJRATI DAL IS READY FOR SERVE WITH BATTI ....:))))))))
