HOW TO MAKE GAJAR KA HALUWA

INGREDIANTS :

GAJAR (CARROT)- 2Kgs.
MAWA               - 1 Kgs.
MILK                  -1/2 Kgs.
PURE GHEE      -250 Gms.
SUGAR               -1 Kgs.

FOR GARNISHING
DRY FRUITS
KAJU                 -100 Gms.
BADAM            -100 Gms.
PISTA                -100 Gms.

Now making
Wash the carrots properly.
Crushed the carrots Gently.



Now boil the previously crushed carrots IN THE PRESSURE COOKER.

After that little fry mawa in the kadahi ,then mix previously boiled carrots and suger syrup
Now mix milk and pure ghee also
Cook 30  Minutes till then dry

After that mix all previously choped dry fruits.



Now garnish it with kaju, pista, badam.
Gajar ka halwa is ready for serve:)))))
