SPREAD AMUL- 250 Kgs.
OR
MOJERELA CHEESE - 5TB
TOMATO CHILI SOUCE - 4TB
GARLIC PASTE -1 TB
GINGER PASTE - 1TB
ONION PASTE -1 TB
SALT -AS REQUIRED
BLACK PAPER POWDER-1 TB
NOW MAKING :))
FRY THE PREVIOUSLY CHOPED SHIMLA MIRCH UPTO 5 MINUTES
AFTER THAT MIX ONION PASTE, GARLIC PASTE, GINGER PASTER ,VENIGAR , SALT ,BLACK PAPER , WITH CHILI SOUCE AND TAMOTO SOUCE ALSO
COOK 5 To 10 MINUTES
AFTER THAT MIX PREVIOUSLY CHOPED PANEER ...MIX IT PROPERLY AND COOK
NOW MIX SPREAD OR MOZERELA CHEESE
AFTER THAT FILL ALL CHILI PANEER MASAL IN THE DOSA AND SERVE IT
NOW IS READY CHILI PANEER DOSA....:))))
