ALL INGREDIENTS DRY FRY ON TAWA OR KADAHI TILL BROWN AND LITTLE BLACK , THEN MIX AND MAKING PODWER.
NOW MIX THE BOONDI IN PREVIOUSLY MASHED CURD PROPERLY WITH LITTLE WATER .
NOW MIX ALL MASALA WITH SPACIAL MASALA AND SOME METHI DRY LEAVES
NOW GARNISH SOME DHANIYA LEAVES OR RED CHILI AND GARAM MASALA POWDER.
