How to make RAJMA CURRY RECIPE

RAJMA CHAWAL RECIPE




Ingredients

Rajma (2 CUP )

Salt
Garlic powder- Tablespoon
Ginger powder-Tablespoon
Chili powder 1/2 Tablespoon
Garam Msala 1Tablespoon
Rajma Curry Masala - 1Tablespoon

Clover - 5
Badi Elaychi- 2


FOR GREVY

Tmato- 4 to 5
Green Dhaniya
ginger
Onion
garlic
green chili

Lets go now making RAJMA CURRY

First boil 2 cup Rajma in the pressure cooker with salt .



Second making the past of onion , ginger, garlic (u may out powder also of these) , green chili then all ingredients mix in the mixture grander gentle. 


Cut the Tomatoes and Green Dhaniya leaves .   




Second put the oil in the Fry pen or Kadahi  on full flame until the hot oil , now  our masala past in the kdahi for deep fry until brown and separate the oil. now include the cutted slice of Tomatoes in the fried past and fry again until the dry n deep fry the past .

Now mix the some water in the past and 2-3 minutes boil , now mix boiled RAJMA in the gravy and covered the pressure cooker for 5 -10 minutes.

now ready your RAJMA CURRY for surve witrh Rice and Nan or roti...
