INGREDIENTS

PANEER - 2 CUP
PATATO- 1 KGS
OIL - FOR DEEP FRY
DRY FRUITS
DHANIYA (GREEN LEAVES)
IMLEE (FRESH)
SUGER
CHOLE - BOILED PREVIOUSLY

NOW BOIL THE POTATOES AND CLEAN.

NOW ALL BOILED PATATO MASH AND MIX GENTLY BY HAND OR U MAY USE (KADDU KAS)  UNTILL THE REMOVE ALL BOLLS IN THE PATATOS.


MASH PANEER BY HAND 


CUT THE DRY FRUITS IN SMALL PIECES AND MIX INTO MASHED PANEER
NOW MAKING THE BOLL OF PREVIOUSLY MASHED POTATOES , INSIDE FILL THE  MASHED PANEER + DRY FRUITS


NOW PUT THE KADHAI ON HIGH FLAME ON GASS , DEEP FRY ALL BALLS UNTYIL THE BROWN 


FOR GARNISHING

CHAT MASALA- 1/2 TB
GARAM MASALA- 1/2 TB
DHANIYA POWDER - 1/2 TB
CURD -2 BIG SPOON
DHANIYA CHATNI-1 SPOON
IMLI CHATNI- 1 TB
BOIL CHOLE 15-20
PATATO CHIPS- AS USUAL
MULI - GRILLED- AS USUAL
CARROT- GRILLED- AS USUAL
POMEGRANATE - 25 TO 30 (DANE)
