GARAM MASAL POWDER
CATCH PALAK PANEER MASAL POWDER
TURMERIC POWDER
RED CHILI POWDER

CUT ALL INGREDIENTS IN SMALL PIECES

GINGER
GARLIC
ONIOIN
TAMATO

GARNISHING
CREAM
BUTTER

NOW BOIL THE GREEN FRESH PALAK LEAVES IN THE PRESSURE COOKER 10 TO 15 MINUTES.

AFTER THAT BOILED PALAK LEAVES SEPARATE FROM WATER AND GENTLE MIXURE IN THE MIXURE GRANDER WITH GINGER AND SOME GARLICS

NOW PUT SOME OIL IN THE KADAHI ON THE SIM FLAM ON GAS UNTIL THE HOT.

THEN ALL CUT GREEN ONION , GARLIC  GINGER , TURMERIC , SALT , RED CHILI, GARAM MASALA , CATCH PALAK PANEER MASALA ...PUT IN THE KADAHI FOR DEEP FRY UNTIL BROW .

NOW MIX THE TAMATO IN THE FRIED MASALA AND GENTLY MASH WITH BIG SPOON
UNTIL THE PROPERLY MIX , THEN MIX OUR MASHED PALAK IN THE GRAVY WITH SOME WATER AND 15 TO 20 MINUTES COOK IT NOW MIX  , THEN MIX PREVIOUSLY CUT PIECE OF PANEER IN THE GRAVY .

NOW GARNISH WITH SOME CREAM AND BUTTER .
