How to make spicy Chola Bhatooras




Ingredients of Chole Bhatoore

 1 cup soacked overnight chick peas
2 chopped onoin
1/2 large tamato
1/4 tea spoon coriander powder
2 curry leaves
1 teaspon masal powder
1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspon cumin
1/8 piece ginger
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 table spoon salt
3 cloves garlic
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1 tea spoon channa masala powder

For Bhatoora aata

1 cup all purpose flour
3 teaspoon curd
2 teaspoon refien oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 tablespooon wheat flour

For Garnishing
2 table spoon chopped coriander leaves


How to make spicy punjabi chole bhatoore

to prepare the chola , soak pies chick peace in water overnight of 6-8 hrs.

then put a presure cooker on high flame and add the soaked

along with salt to taste and tea leaves wrap the cloth for colour of gravy . cook the chikpeas for 15-20 minutes .

Now ....meanwhile put a pan on mediam flame and heat alittle oil in it . add the cumin seeds curry leaves and half sliced onion in the pan , saute the onion till golden brown, then add mined garlic , ginger and onion paste. saute the ingredients for a few seconds untill the raw smell of garlic goes away and then add the chopped tamatto with tomatoo purreee.

Once the oil is separated and turmeric , red chili powder, coriander powder and channa masal . cook the tamato mixer for another two minutes and then the boiled cholla with little water   , stir well to mix the masal with the chola , check salt and allow it to cook for a few minutes .

Now our spicy chola curry is prepared  for garnish and serve .




Now making The Bhaturas, combine mix together maida and wheat flour or aata in adough kneading plate , then add salt and oil in it . MIX WELL. Add curd in the flour mixure and knead the dough well. you can add alittle water and knead and dough . When it is done tranfer the dough in the plastic bag and roll the bag to remove any air and tie it . Keep aside this dough for about 5-6 hrs for bake you can do it previous night .

Now , put a khadai on high flame and meanwhile , take equal quantity of the dough and roll big size puris (bhaturas) . when the oil is hot enough , carefully add these Bhaturas in the oil and deep fry . Repeat with the rest of the dough. Then take a plate and Serve Spicy Chola Bhaturas .





Then take a plate and Serve Spicy Chola Bhaturas with chola or shahi paneer curry:))))) .
