HOW TO COOK SAHI PANEER




Ingratiates:
Paneer- 2 Cup
cut the paneer in the small pieces like this:

FOR GRAVY
Onion-2
Ginger- 4 -5 piece
Garlic- 10-11 piece
green chili- 5
methi cury-4-5
cloves
badi elaychi
Mix all ingredients in the mixer grander gently ...making the paste like this....  




Now put the kdahi or pen and on half flame on  the gass untill the hot oil , then all paste in the  gentle mix in the hot oil for deep fry untill the brown and separate the   oil  ,  now mix  all masala powder i.e. given below
salt- 1 tablespoon
chili powder- 1/2 table spoon
turmeric- 1/2 table spoon
dhaniya powder- 1 tablespoon
Everest shahi paneer masala - 1 table spoon
Garam Masala
Now cut the tamotoes and green dhaniya leaves like this 



Now  all tamotes in the fried paste and mix gently until the separate to oil n brown .
now mix some milk cream 



 and mix again 5-7 minutes
now mix piece of Paneer and boil on slow flame 10 minutes.

Now Paneer Curry is ready for Surve with nan , rice , rayta , salad
