ALL INGREDIENTS MIX IN THE  MIXER GRANDER TILL THE PASTE

TAMATO- 4 CUT SMALL PIECES


SALT - AS REQUIRED
TURMERIC-1/2 TB
DHANIYA POWDER-1 TB
GARAM MASALA-1 TB
CATCH EGG CURRY MASALA- 1TB

AMUL CREAM  FOR GARNISHING - 2 TB

NOW MAKING:/

BOIL THE EGGS

PUT THE OIL IN THE KADAHI FOR DEEP FRY THE EGGS TILL BROWN.

NOW PUT THE OIL IN THE PEN OR KADAHI AND MIX PREVIOUSLY MAKE MASALA PASTE FRY IT ALL TILL THE BROWN AND SEPARATE FROM OIL , NOW MIX TAMOTO PIECES AND MIX PROPERLY TILL MIX AND DRY IN THE GRAVY NOW MIX SOME WATER FOR MAKING GRAVY .

NOW COOK 5 TO 10 MINUTES ON SLOW FLAME ON GAS

NOW DEEP THE PREVIOUSLY FRIED EGGS AND COOK 5 TO 10 MINUTES AGAIN

NOW OUR EGG CURRY IT READY FOR SERVE , WE CAN SERVE IT WITH CREAM AND SOME GREEN DHANIYA LEAVES.:)))))
